FilmFest

Somehow, I become the next Festival Director for the Film Festival 2009.

It's a grand new ECA for me. Like back to the AIESEC days, where we organized for NLDS conferences. I think this is of slightly larger scale, and open to public, and totally in a different unfamiliar industry. Definitely, this is a challenge for me.

Lots of project management skills involved, I will need to focus on planning and also some execution of ground work. Need to work with my team members, whom we are still recruiting. Got to raise enough $$$ to make it sustainable. $$$ is the most important thing now. I sleep with it and dream of it...I need $$$ sponsorship!!! :)
