Gloom

Gloom looming around in the office...coz like every other company, lay-off is constantly in progress...

Also it is the performance evaluation period...meaning that people are getting promoted or stagnant...or maybe fired or laid off! yikes!

So its gloom and uncertainty looming around the office... I could feel the stress and tense even though I'm miles away from office!

Also a few of the managers were laid off, including one of my best friend manager :( Bad! Really bad! sigh...pretty upset about that...
